Main characteristics of the transport offer

• Standard home-delivery solution. Colis Privé network covers 80% of the French population; the remaining postal codes are automatically switched to Colissimo (Access or Expert, if it requires a signature)
• The estimated delivery time is 1-3 days
• Parcels are tracked
• Delivery against signature is only available with the service Colis Privé Tracked with Signature (additional fees)
• In case of a failed delivery attempt, the customer may reschedule the delivery before 4 p.m. the same day, following the instructions received by SMS or e-mail. After this time, the parcel is automatically re-routed to the nearest pick-up point (Mondial Relay network or Hopps Store) and remains there for 10 days.

Parcels characteristics

• The maximum weight is 30 kg
• The maximum parcel length is 100cm and the maximum total parcel size is 150cm. Above, parcels will be turned down.
